TPS53311提供完全集成的3 V至5 VV IN 集成同步FET转换器解决方案,总共16个组件, PCB面积为200 mm 2 。由于低R DS(on)和TI专有SmoothPWM™跳过操作模式,它可实现95.5%的峰值效率,并且在负载轻至100 mA时效率超过90%。它只需要两个22μF陶瓷输出电容,用于功率密集的3A解决方案。
TPS53311具有1.1 MHz开关频率,SKIP模式操作支持,预偏置启动,内部软件启动,输出软放电,内部VBST开关,电源良好,EN /输入UVLO,过流,过压,欠压和过温保护以及所有陶瓷输出电容支持。它支持2.9 V至3.5 V的电源电压和2.9 V至6 V的转换电压,输出电压可在0.6 V至0.84 V×V IN 范围内调节。
