LM26003是一款开关稳压器，专为满足待机模式应用的高效率要求而设计。该器件具有低电流休眠模式，可在轻负载条件下保持效率，并具有电流模式控制，可在宽输入电压范围内实现精确调节。通常在关断模式下静态电流降至10.8μA，在睡眠模式下降至40μA以下。强制PWM模式也可用于禁用睡眠模式。
LM26003器件可通过内部N沟道开关提供高达3A的连续负载电流和固定电流限制。该器件具有4.0 V至38 V的宽输入电压范围，可在线路瞬态期间以低至3 V的输入电压工作。
工作频率可通过单个电阻在150 kHz至500 kHz范围内调节
其他功能包括电源良好，可调软启动，使能引脚，输入欠压保护和内部自举二极管，以减少元件数量。
