OPA837和OPA2837是单通道和双通道单位增益稳定电压反馈放大器,与其他精密运算放大器相比能够提供较高的MHz /mW带宽。这两款3.0mW器件每通道仅消耗600μA(通过单个5V电源),能够以1V /V的增益提供105MHz带宽。±130μV(最大值)的极低修整失调电压可提供典型值(±1σ)对于±0.4μV/°C的温漂。
OPAx837理论上非常适合单端逐次逼近型寄存器(SAR)模数转换器(ADC)驱动应用,能够针对3mW静态功率提供一种较低的输入点噪声级别(4.7nV /√ Hz )。极高的50MHz增益带宽积可针对高频率提供低输出阻抗,这是在SAR ADC驱动器应用中提供快速充电电流所必需的。该低通态输出阻抗还适用于采用精密ADC的基准缓冲器应用。单通道OPA837采用6引脚SOT-23封装(包括电源关断特性)和5引脚SC70封装,而双通道OPA2837则采用8引脚VSSOP封装。
OPAx837具有-40°C至+ 125°C的宽额定运行温度范围。
