OPA2364和OPA4364是高性能CMOS运算放大器,针对低压单电源工作进行了优化。这些微型低成本放大器设计用于1.8 V(±0.9 V)至5.5 V(±2.75 V)的单电源。应用包括电池供电系统中的传感器放大和信号调理。
OPAx364系列提供出色的CMRR,无需与传统互补输入级相关的分频。这使得驱动模数(A /D)转换器具有出色的性能,而不会降低差分线性度和总谐波失真(THD)。输入共模范围包括负电源和正电源。输出电压摆幅在电压轨的10 mV范围内。
双通道版本采用SO-8封装,四通道封装采用SO-14封装。所有版本的工作温度范围均为?40°C至125°C。
