ADUM2402 ADI推出一款四通道数字隔离器

ADUM2402是一款四通道数字隔离器，同光电耦合器等道统器件相比，它具有出色的性能特性。由于不使用LED和光电二极管，iCoupler器件不再具有与光电耦合器相关的设计难度，包括不确定电流传输比率、非线性传输功能、温度影响以及寿命影响等挑战。iCoupler器件具有简单的数字界面和稳定的性能特性。iCoupler器件不再需要外部驱动器以及其他分立器件。此外，在可比较的信号数据速率时，iCoupler器件的功耗仅为光电耦合器的1/10～1/6。
