TLV240x系列单电源运算放大器具有目前最低的电源电流,每通道仅为880 nA。由于电池安装不当,反向电池保护可以防止放大器过流。对于恶劣环境,输入可以在正电源轨上方5 V处,而不会损坏器件。
低电源电流与极低的输入偏置电流相结合,使它们能够与mega一起使用 -
电阻器使其成为便携式,长寿命应用的理想选择。低典型偏移电压低至390 uV,CMRR为120 dB,最小开环增益为130 V /mV(2.7 V),确保直流精度。
建议的最大电源电压高达16 V,确保工作电压低至2.5 V,电气特性指定为2.7 V,5 V和15 V. 2.5 V工作使其兼容锂离子电池供电系统和许多现有的微功率微控制器,包括TI MSP430。
所有成员都有PDIP和SOIC两种,单片采用小型SOT-23封装,双通道采用MSOP封装,四通采用TSSOP封装。
