TMP23x器件是精密CMOS集成电路线性模拟温度传感器系列，输出电压与温度成正比工程师可用于多种模拟温度传感应用。这些温度传感器比市场上类似的引脚兼容器件更精确，具有0°C至+ 70°C±0.5°C和±1°C的典型精度。该系列的增加精度适用于许多模拟温度传感应用。 TMP235器件在-40°C至+ 150°C的整个温度范围内提供10 mV /°C的正斜率输出，电源电压范围为2.3 V至5.5 V.较高增益的TMP236传感器提供19.5 mV的正斜率输出/°C，-10°C至+ 125°C，电源电压范围为3.1 V至5.5 V.
9μA典型静态电流和800μs典型上电时间可实现有效功率循环架构可最大限度地降低电池供电设备的功耗。 AB类输出驱动器提供强大的500μA最大输出，可驱动高达1000 pF的容性负载，并可直接连接到模数转换器采样和保持输入。 TMP23xanalog输出温度传感器具有极佳的精度和强大的线性输出驱动器，是无源热敏电阻的经济型替代品。
