数据： LM84 Diode Input Digital Temperature Sensor with Two-Wire Interface 数据表
LM84是一款远程二极管温度传感器，Delta-Sigma模数转换器，以及带SMBus的数字过温检测器？接口。 LM84可感应其自身的温度以及具有二极管结的目标IC的温度，例如Pentium®II处理器或连接2N3904的二极管。目标IC的芯片需要二极管结（半导体结）。主机可以随时查询LM84，以读取该二极管的温度以及LM84本身的温度状态。当温度高于可编程比较器限值T_CRIT时，T_CRIT_A＃中断输出变为有效。
主机可以编程以及回读T_CRIT寄存器的状态。三个状态逻辑输入允许两个引脚（ADD0，ADD1）为LM84选择多达9个SMBus地址位置。对于T_CRIT，传感器的默认阈值为127°C。
